ApprovedModems.org has evolved from a site that helped people to get ISP compatible modems to a networking hardware resource.
To scale the site further, I’m looking for writers who have experience with networking equipment devices such as modems, routers, mesh systems, switches, etc.
Currently, I’m looking for 2 writers preferably from the US who can write guides, listicles, and even review the devices. You don’t need any sort of professional degree to join as a writer, here are things I’m looking for in a candidate:
- Experience with Internet Equipment: You should know the basics about modems, routers, gateways, but should also know technical stuff such as DOCSIS versions, router antennas, ports, bands, wireless standards, etc.
- English is important, but research is VERY VERY important: Your readers won’t like you if you can’t write error-free articles, that said, people are okay with reading articles that have grammatical errors, but they can’t withstand misinformation.
- Reader-oriented writing: You should know what your reader is looking for, even the small details that big websites miss. This is possible only if you know your reader well. If you think you can understand the type of information people might want in a particular review, then you’re the right candidate!
Interested candidates can join by emailing: contact@approvedmodems.org
Note: If you’re here to get sponsored links to your website, then please don’t contact, because I don’t link out to websites I don’t know.
